A Deputy Store Manager is responsible for the management and operation of the store. His/her direct supervisor is the Store Manager, whom he/she shall represent fully in his/her absence. He/she supports and motivates the team of store assistants. During the work day, he/she organises work, monitors the completion of tasks, and creates favourable conditions for their performance. He/she actively provides professional consultation and customer service, submits proposals for its improvement, and suggests solutions.
