I've been lucky at VERMONT to have had and still have my mentor who didn't let me flounder. On the other hand, you have to work hard and learn from your mistakes.

Working in VERMONT is unique for me thanks to the way we operate at work overall — the people and colleagues. Additionally, we have a very pleasant working environment. For example, in the summer, we can enjoy excellent coffee on the terrace in a beautiful garden, which is certainly not standard in Bratislava. One just needs to notice and appreciate such things.
