Every position at VERMONT is unique, and Kvetoslava Boháčiková, who has been with the company for 19 years, knows this well. What was her career progression since 2005, how would she describe her workday, what does she value most about her colleagues, and what makes working at Vermont unique for her? She shared all this in a pleasant interview.
WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO WORK FOR VERMONT?
I was brought to work at VERMONT by my late husband, who worked here as a warehouse manager.
WHAT POSITIONS HAVE YOU HELD WITHIN THE COMPANY?
I started in 2005 as a warehouse worker. In 2009, I got a position as an administrative worker in the warehouse, and in 2010, I took the position of outlet warehouse manager.
WHAT POSITION DO YOU CURRENTLY HOLD?
Since 2023, I have been working as a claims and administrative worker.
HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR WORKDAY?
Every day, I handle numerous supplier, customer, or internal claims that need to be processed, received, sorted, and assigned to specific warehouses.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR CURRENT POSITION?
I enjoy the calm atmosphere, the team I work with, and the opportunity to utilize my experience with the goods.
WHAT DO YOU VALUE MOST ABOUT YOUR COLLEAGUES/TEAM?
I greatly appreciate my colleagues' dedication, work ethic, and passion for doing things as well as possible.
WHAT INSPIRES YOU IN YOUR WORK?
They inspire me and give me the courage to learn new things.
WHAT MAKES WORKING AT VERMONT UNIQUE FOR YOU?
It's amazing to see how the company grows and innovates over the years, despite the tough economic situation in the world. For me personally, it is a source of growth and support in both my professional and private lifes. That's what makes it unique for me.

I appreciate being a part of it and contributing in my own small way.
HOW DO YOU MANAGE TO MAINTAIN A BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND FREE TIME? WHAT HELPS YOU RELAX AND FIND BALANCE AGAIN AFTER A DEMANDING DAY AT WORK?
Some days are less demanding, and some are more so, and during those times, music helps me. I find complete relaxation by listening to classical music, for example, Verdi's opera Nabucco, and also by cooking a good meal.
