The most important aspect of a Store Manager is that he/she is the head of the family and the team leader. He/she supports and motivates their team of store assistants. During the workday, he/she organises work, creates favourable work conditions for the entire team, and is responsible for achieving sales results. He/she actively participates in improving customer service and coaches store assistants in sales skills. He/she also participates in the sale of GANT brand merchandise to the end consumer, and provides professional consultation and customer service.
